The app doesn't tell users what to think or what conclusion to reach. It makes the documented facts visible.

Signal Blackbox can be used to document situations involving government agencies, employers, insurers, healthcare systems, schools, landlords, corporations, service providers, benefits systems, and other organizations or institutions.
It is not a veterans-only application, legal service, or VA claims tool. The VA record shown in the demo is simply one example of how the platform can be used.
Built by Covenant for Forgotten Warriors
Signal Blackbox was created by Covenant for Forgotten Warriors (CFW), a U.S.-based nonprofit advocacy organization founded by David Burger.
CFW's advocacy work demonstrated how quickly important facts, communications, evidence, promises, and deadlines can become scattered during complicated situations. Signal Blackbox grew from that experience into a standalone tool that anyone can use to create and preserve their own record.
